CASA SOLARA - Ultra-Estate
A conceptual $45–$65 million tropical modern waterfront estate designed around light, wellness, and resort-inspired living. Blending warm natural materials, expansive glass walls, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, the residence is envisioned as a private luxury retreat inspired by the world’s most exclusive coastal resorts. Featuring over 34,000 square feet of living space, the estate includes wellness amenities, waterfront entertaining environments, a gallery-style 12+ vehicle pavilion, and hospitality-level detailing throughout—all curated within a timeless tropical modern design vision.

The homes we pursue are built through the collaboration of highly experienced artisans, specialized subcontractors, and globally sourced material partners selected for their mastery of detail, precision, and execution. Unlike conventional production construction, these projects require carefully assembled teams of stone fabricators, millwork craftsmen, metal specialists, lighting designers, plaster artisans, automation experts, and estate-level trades working in coordinated sequence under our direction. Many of these professionals are relationship-based, selectively chosen, and booked well in advance due to the level of refinement they deliver. The result is not simply a home, but a highly curated living environment where design, materials, lighting, craftsmanship, and experience are integrated with exceptional attention to detail and project coordination.
We believe exceptional homes are created through the thoughtful integration of world-class materials, systems, and artisan-level craftsmanship throughout every layer of the residence. Our projects often incorporate luxury electrical and automation systems from Lutron, Crestron, and Josh.ai along with premium plumbing fixtures and bath systems from Dornbracht, Fantini, and Kallista. Custom cabinetry and millwork environments may feature Poggenpohl, SieMatic, and Boffi, complemented by imported stone and architectural surfaces sourced from premier fabricators and global quarries. Flooring and finish materials often include wide-plank European oak by Hakwood, large-format porcelain, hand-finished plaster systems, and custom architectural metal detailing, while luxury hardware selections may incorporate brands such as Buster and Punch and Rocky Mountain Hardware. Appliance systems are carefully curated from ultra-premium manufacturers including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, Miele, and La Cornue.
